How to use
- Open 1 packet, pour into bottle of formula or breast milk, shake it up and feed as you normally would
- Use 1 packet, once a day until you’ve completed the box, then move onto the next Stage Mix-Ins, or allergen-inclusive foods if ready for solids
- You will need a minimum of 2 oz of breast milk, formula, or baby food to mix with
- Use wider flow nipple if needed (3+)
- Option to mix into foods if your baby is eating solids
- If you miss a day, resume the following day
- Use for first 30 days

Maintain exposure to help build tolerance
Start here if...
- MIX-INS: baby is 4+ months and bottle-feeding only, you’ve already introduced peanut, egg and milk, and you’re ready for maintenance
- STAGE 2 OATMEAL & PUREES: baby is 4+ months and starting solids, you’ve already introduced peanut, egg and milk, and you’re ready for maintenance
RSF! tip: For babies in this stage, you can use any of the products in Maintain based on what baby likes and what works best for your feeding routine. Feel free to try them all, using each a few times a week!
What's inside
- MIX-INS: 30 daily packets with a pre-measured Maintain dose of peanut, egg and milk
- OATMEAL & PUREES: peanut, egg and milk in powdered form mixed into organic baby food
How to use
MIX-INS:
- Open 1 packet, pour into bottle of formula or breast milk, shake it up and feed as you normally would
- Use 1 packet, once a day until you’ve completed the box, then move onto the next Stage Mix-Ins, or allergen-inclusive foods if ready for solids
- You will need a minimum of 2 oz of breast milk, formula, or baby food to mix with

OATMEAL:
- Scoop the desired amount of oatmeal into a bowl. Add breast milk, formula or water and stir to desired consistency.
- The introductory feeding should be 3 tbsp of oatmeal and 3-4 tbsp of liquid.
- Feed daily.
RSF! tip: Try mixing in plain Greek yogurt or applesauce to change up the texture, or stir in mashed or pureed fruit to introduce new flavors!
PUREES:
- Ready-to-eat snack or meal for easy allergen maintenance at home or on-the-go!
RSF! tip: New eaters may prefer being spoon fed; more experienced eaters might like to hold the pouch themselves. But be careful, that can get messy!

How to use
These snacks with a purpose are great for daily use any time of day, at home or on the go.
RSF! Tip: While you can offer your baby as many of our snacks as you’d like, it is important to remember that you never want to feed your little one too much of any one food in a day in order to promote diet diversity!
These products should be fed to seated, supervised children who are accustomed to eating solid foods.
Organic Puffs are recommended for children who:
- Can use fingers to pick up and eat foods
- Can use jaw to chew foods
- Can craw without tummy touching the ground
Organic Oat & Fruit Bars are recommended for children who:
- Stand or walk without support
- Can feed self with fingers
- Have developed back teeth and can chew through a variety of foods
RSF! tips
- We recommend a diverse diet for all children, so eating all foods in moderation is beneficial. Eating too many of any one type of food doesn’t leave room for other nutritious and diet diverse foods in little tummies.
- Offering a variety in the types of foods offered as well as developmentally appropriate textures will set your baby up to be a future foodie!
