Introducing Puffs With A Purpose
Guidelines from the leading medical organizations recommend feeding your baby common food allergens daily, and then continuing to feed those foods regularly until they’re part of your child’s everyday diet.
Our Organic Puffs are a safe, easy and delicious solution to help you follow new leading medical guidelines that recommend introducing allergens early and often while giving your child nutritious and healthy foods.
As the only puffs that contain 9 of the most common food allergens – peanut, egg, milk, cashew, almond, walnut, sesame, soy and wheat – our Organic Puffs are a snack with a purpose.
Choose from these two delicious flavors:
- Daniel Tiger Apple Cinnamon Organic Puffs, a deee-licious snack filled with apples, spice, and everything nice – snack time just got even more grr-iffic for your little one!
- Peanut Butter Organic Puffs, with a delightfully nutty flavor that will bring a smile to your little eater!
Both flavors are made with 9 top allergens with an organic corn base.
They’re a great tasting, healthy, and organic snack option, made with just real, organic food and no artificial ingredients.
And following USDA Dietary Guidelines for infants and toddlers, our puffs contain no added sugar. So, these puffs are another way we keep our promise to give families healthier futures.
Organic Puffs Make Allergen Feeding Easier
Maintaining your baby’s exposure to top allergens has never been easier – or more delicious. Ready. Set. Food! Organic Puffs do double duty: they give your little one a healthy, tasty snack they'll love while providing them with allergens they need at the right time. Plus, our puffs promote diet diversity, as they’re an easy and convenient way to make sure your baby is exposed to a variety of different foods. They’re a great addition to a balanced diet.
The top allergens inside account for ~90% of all childhood food allergies, so our puffs help you follow recommendations from the USDA Guidelines to "introduce infants to potentially allergenic foods.”
Ready. Set. Food! Organic Puffs are a tasty, healthy and easy way to maintain regular allergen exposure as your child grows, and help set your child up for a future of food freedom.

Ready. Set. Food! Organic Puffs are made for babies and toddlers ages 8 months and up, who are accustomed to chewing solid foods.
The puffs expand on the existing Ready. Set. Food! products – the early allergen introduction system that grows with your child – to help you regularly feed common allergens to your growing baby or toddler. Ready. Set. Food! Organic Puffs also dissolve easily, making them a go-to option for little eaters.
With our line of allergen-inclusive products, we’re giving parents like you the ultimate in feeding flexibility. Our family of products now spans every stage of eating, so it can grow with your child as your feeding journey evolves from bottle to solids – and onwards as your child builds confidence with different textures.
Ready. Set. Food! Organic Puffs FAQ
When is my child ready for Organic Puffs?
After introducing the top allergens, medical guidelines recommend that you keep feeding your child these allergens until these foods become part of your child’s everyday diet.
In addition to serving your little one a diverse diet, our puffs provide another safe, yummy way to maintain that allergen exposure once your little one is confidently eating different textures of solids.
Ready. Set. Food! Organic Puffs are made for babies and toddlers ages 8 months and up, who are accustomed to chewing solid foods.
Your baby may be ready for our puffs when they can use their fingers to pick up and eat foods, use their jaws to chew foods, and crawl without their tummy touching the ground. Only feed Organic Puffs to your baby or toddler when they are seated, and when you're supervising them closely.
How are Ready. Set. Food! Organic Puffs different from other peanut puffs that aren’t labeled for babies?
Our puffs are designed with a softer, easy to dissolve texture that is easier for babies to eat. Also, our puffs have less sodium than puffs designed for adults and older children.
Plus, our puffs contain 9 top allergens to help maintain exposure and encourage diet diversity. This sets our puffs apart from other peanut puffs, whether they're made for babies or not. Other peanut puffs only contain peanuts and/or some tree nuts, but don't contain any of the other top allergens.
Is it ok if my child eats more than one serving of puffs in a day?
Once you're regularly feeding baby Stage 3 Mix-Ins or Organic Baby Oatmeal (meaning they've been introduced to the 9 top allergens), you can swap and combine Stage 3 Mix-Ins, Organic Baby Oatmeal, and our snacks (including our puffs) as often as you like. It's ok to include more than one serving of puffs in baby's diet per day, alongside a variety of nutritious foods from all food groups.
However, keep in mind that our puffs are a snack. They're meant to complement other foods as part of a balanced diet. Don't substitute puffs for regular meals. Baby shouldn't eat the entire bag of puffs in a day.
Our puffs are intended to help children thrive with exposure to healthy and diverse ingredients. We recommend a diverse diet for all children, so eating all foods in moderation is always beneficial. Eating too many of any one type of food doesn’t leave room for other nutritious and diet-diverse foods in little tummies.
How long should my child eat Organic Puffs for?
As often as they enjoy them. Babies and toddlers should be eating common allergens regularly, so puffs are a good way to make sure your child gets the needed daily exposure.
